Can I have free postage on my order?
We know you all like free postage and we do offer it as part of a promotion from time-to-time but it is not an automatic 'right' for every customer. We have considered offering it all the time but the costs would have to be absorbed elsewhere (i.e. the price of every item on the website going up,to cover the postage cost, which wouldn't be popular either).
The old cliché that 'the customer pays in the end' is true in this case I'm afraid.
In most cases, were 'Free Shipping' is offered, and a customer orders several items in one order, the reality is that you " The Customer'' will end up paying several amounts of shipping for one single order, we do not think that way is a fair way, so we do not do it, we do it honestly and openly, with no hidden or included shipping charges.
Your shipping charge can only be calculated during the checkout process and the above listed prices are an indication of what your shipping charges may be.
What you pay for is what you get with Agratech, and nothing less and nothing more.
Do you always meet your delivery timescales?
We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control.

If the delivery is attempted a card will be left and you will need to make arrangements for redelivery or to collect from the depot. If a parcel is returned to us marked "not collected" then we will contact you and there will be a charge for the items to be redelivered. If a parcel is returned to us marked "incorrect address" or "address not complete" we will also charge for redelivery.
