Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

SMALL TELEPHONE ORDERS.
Please note with effect from 10th May 2010, we will be applying a charge to small telephone orders. This applies to all small orders.
All small orders under £30.00 ex vat will have a small order charge of £5.00 applied to them.
Orders placed via the internet and paid for online will will remain unchanged and this charge will not apply.
Were the small order charge has been applied, this will not count towards the free shipping over £25.00 ex vat.
When placing your order you must supply a genuine e-mail address and a genuine telephone number. These details are required usually when a delivery driver has problems making a delivery.
In an instance were this information is required and has not been provided, and the delivery cannot be made, the goods will be returned to us.
A redelivery charge will apply. Were a customer does not recieve there goods due to a incorrect information supplied, no refund will be given and the redelivery charge will apply.
We do not supply your details to third party companies, your details are required to assist the safe delivery of your purchase. There will be no exceptions to this. It is your responsibilty as the purchaser to provide the correct information to enable us to supply the safe delivery of your goods.
The images that are displayed on this website are for reference purposes only. Some images may show additional items that are not included with the products purchased. We try to represent the items as clearly as possible. All items are sold as single items unless otherwise stated.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will try to correct the mistake where possible.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling All items purchased from www.agratech.co.uk will usually be shipped on a next day or First class delivery service. Some of our larger items may be shipped direct from our importers or suppliers. NB when items are shipped direct from our suppliers this saves on transport cost and fuel usage that does not have to passed on to you as the purchaser.
Where an item is out of stock or there is a stock shortfall to complete your order, you will be notified in either instance by e-mail. We may hold the whole order back untill it can be fullfilled in one delivery or we may part ship it to you. In either case internet orders will be paid for in full at point of order.
Free Shipping applies to England, Wales, and Lowlands of Scotland. Free shipping does not apply to Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland, or any other UK outlying areas. For these areas we offer a reduced rate of shipping charges, dependant upon area this may vary.

Delivery Schedule We will usually process and dispatch your order on the same or next working day. Orders placed before 12 noon will usually be dispatched the same day on a next day carrier or first class post service, but may take longer in some instances. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and all other areas outside Uk mainland England & Wales may take longer.
International orders are generally handled in the same way but will take longer to reach you dependant upon your delivery destination.
You must inform us within 10 working days if the goods are not received or, if damaged in transit you must notify us upon receipt so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Where goods have been dispatched via Royal mail, we will usually dispatch most items using Royal Mail First Class Service, but some items may require a signature upon delivery.
Where we are given specific instructions to have items left in a particaular place, we will dispatch these items by standard first class service or carrier. Once an item has been sent with instructions for it to be left, as per your instruction, in the event of an item going missing we will not be held responsible and will only provide proof of dispatch, and a copy your instructions to you and your card payment provider.
It will be your responsibilty to recover the goods or make a claim against the delivery company. No other correspondence will be entered into.
Some items that are listed on this website such as lances that are over 0.6 mtrs in length, can only be sent using Standard postage, unless bought with other larger items, that are dispatched on carrier. Proof of postage will be provided for these items where requested.
Were a delivery has not been made and the goods have been returned to us, due to not being able to contact the purchaser, or unable to find the address, a redelivery charge will apply.
There will be no refund in the instance were a purchaser has put an incorrect telephone number or incorrect e-mail address on there order, as to make themselves uncontactable.
If we cannot contact you in regards to your order, usually were an address is hard to find or the customer is unobtainable, the above will apply and no refund will be given. There will be no exceptions to this.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT will be added to the prices as displayed on the website. Any customers from other member EU countries wishing to be supplied free of UK vat, must e-mail to us your Vat registration number, this must belong to the purchaser of the goods, and the goods will only be dispatched to the named company or organisation as listed on the supplied Vat Registration Number.
Once you have placed your order, vat will be added, we will verify your vat registration number, upon verification, we will remove the vat from your order, and you will be supplied vat free.
No goods will be supplied vat free to any EU destination without this information.
There will be no exceptions to this ruling.
Once your vat number has been approved your company settings will be adjusted to allow instant vat free purchases through this website.

Guarantee Please note in all Cases When Contacting us about a previous order, you will need to provide either an Invoice Number, Document Number, or Account Number.
Due to the voloume of orders and customers we now have, we will struggle to find your details without any of this information.
When we receive e-mails about problems, we will be unable to answer them unless we can obtain your original order details.
As below in the case of Silverline Items, if you have not registered the item within 30 days of purchase, at Silverline Tools website, then the item has no guarantee or warranty, for whatever reason.
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you have any problems with any of the products that are sold on this website then please contact us regarding any problem you have. Any guarantee offered does not include carriage charges, unless we offer to have it collected. Even in this case you may be liable for the cost of returning the item to you.
We will use our best endeavors to resolve or rectify any problem you may encounter. NB we will not automatically return any item without first trying to resolve the problem. Any items retuned to us without prior notification or authorisation will be returned to sender.
If we collect a faulty item, and upon inspection, we find there is no problem or fault with your item, and it is simply down to missuse or blockages, your item will be treated as a repaired item and will not be returned to you untill all charges have been paid for.
Please note once a product has been used, you are no longer entitled to return the item for a refund. The most that will be offered is a repair. NB this does not cover carriage charges.
The repair may be carried out by us or the product may be returned to the manufacturer, or a spare part may be sent out to replace the defective part.
In all cases we must be notified first, before returning any item for whatever reason.
We do not automatically return any item and will try to resolve the problem first.
ANY GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER ITEMS SUCH AS BLOCKED SPRAYERS, FILTERS, NOZZLES OR ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANUFACTURERS RECOMMENDATIONS.
SILVERLINE TOOLS Guarantee & Warranty
The warranty and guarantee on all silverline tools is provided by Silverline Tools and not www.agratech.co.uk. All Silverline items purchased from www.agratech.co.uk or any other website that forms part of the Agratech Group must be registered at www.silverlinetools.com within 30 days of purchase.
The Guarantee is provided wholly by Silverline Tools directly and not by www.agratech.co.uk. Any warranty claim must be submitted to www.silverlinetools.com and not to Agratech.
NB Most silverline tools are designed for DOMESTIC DIY use only and are not ideally suitable for use in a commercial environment.
If the product is not registered with Silverline tools, within the designated time, then no warranty or guarantee applies for whatever reason.
Agratech will not replace or refund any Silverline product within the first 30 days from purchase, without first receiving instruction from Silverline tools. Any items returned to agratech will be returned to Silverline tools for replacement or repair. No refund will be offered untill such a time that either your item is repaired and returned to you, or the item has been replaced by Silverline Tools.
Once we have a replacement item, you will be offered either a refund or the replacement product returned to you. There will be no exceptions to this. |

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, but not including the cost of delivery. Where an item has been shipped as Free Delivery over £25.00, a minimum shipping charge of £5.00 plus vat will be deducted from any refund due. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. You will be advised of the shiiping charge that will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any special order items are non returnable or refundable.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. If returned goods are deemed by us, not to be in a resale condition, or in the case of spraying application equipment, have been used to apply chemicals, or any product, then no refund will be given. You will be notified of this and our reasons as to why your refund has been refused. This information will also be forwarded onto your credit or debit card payment provider.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, without notice, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
