Delivery & Shipping

Please note that shipping charges can only be confirmed once you have filled in your delivery address details in the checkout area, as we offer different shipping services, for different shipping areas. 

All shipping is offered as a working day delivery and does not include Bank Holidays or Weekends. We are also unable to guarantee any delivery services as we are ultimately not delivering the items ourselves and therefore any queries on actual delivery service levels should be taken up with the provider of the delivery method you have requested. 

Making a purchase from Agratech NW Ltd could not be easier as all you need to do is to add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘CART' at the top right of the page and you will be asked for your contact details and given a choice of shipping options, so we are able to complete your order. You will then be directed to our Secure Online Payments system which will process and charge your debit, credit card or PayPal account immediately. After payment has been made, a copy of your order will be emailed to the email address included within your order.

We also endeavour to have a zero waste policy with all the packaging that we receive from our suppliers and therefore will reuse packaging to dispatch customer orders wherever possible to reduce waste. Any packaging waste we do generate is minimal and is not fit for re-use.

Batteries, Lithium Ion & Gel Types.

All types of batteries, purchased as a seperate item, can only be sent to UK mainland destinations, unless they are sent as part of complete sprayer and contained within the sprayer. They cannot be shipped to any over seas destination, as a seperate item on their own. This includes Lithium Ion and Gel batteries.

We regularly ship to worldwide locations and orders are shipped by your choice of shipping method.

We reserve the right to send your items by an alternative method other than the method chosen on your order without prior notification.

Northern Ireland

Postcodes - BT - Generally, a two day delivery service even when next day or first class post has been chosen.

Scottish Offshore Islands

Postcodes - HS 1-9, IV 41-56, KW 15-17, PA 26-76, PH 42-44 ZE 1-3 PA 20, PA 41-49, KA 27-28 - Delivery times can vary for these locations.

Scottish Highlands 

1 - 2  Day Delivery Postcodes - AB 37-38, IV 1-20, IV 25, IV 30-37, IV 63, KW 1-3, KW 6-10, KW 14, PH 19-26 AB 41-56 PH 15-18, PH 33, PH 49, PA 21-35, PA 37-39 - Most AB Postcodes are next working day delivery.

2 - 5 Day Delivery Postcodes - IV 21-24, IV 26-28, IV 40, KW 5, KW 11-13, PH 32, PH 34-41 FK 19-21, PA 36, PA 40, PH 30-31 PH 50

All other UK postcodes are normal next day delivery however as previously stated, actual delivery times will be dependent upon the service of the shipping provider not us. Please also be aware that on occasions the postcode list may be subject to change and is not exhaustive. 

PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT THE DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE FOR THE TIME TAKEN ONCE YOUR ITEM IS READY TO BE SHIPPED.
Please also be aware that no items will be left without a signature where requested. Parcelforce will usually not leave any items unless instructed to do so by us, upon receipt of instruction from the customer placing the order, this is generally provided as "PLEASE LEAVE INSTRUCTIONS" added during the customers checkout process. Where a customer is not at the delivery premises, to receive an order and there are no "PLEASE LEAVE" instructions. Parcelforce will card your premises and then leave your item or goods at the local post office for you to collect or re-arrange delivery at you, the customers convenience, we cannot re-arrange that for you.


Please note that "Agratech NW Ltd" or any of the associated delivery companies employed by Agratech NW Ltd, accept no responsibility for any "please leave instructions" left by a customer and will not enter into any discussion should an item go missing after the item has been left upon a customers instruction. The customer accepts full responsibility for the item after Parcelforce, Royal Mail or any other courier has delivered and left an item as per your instruction.
